📋General Rules
Entry is allowed only during booked time slots.
Outside food, alcohol, smoking, tobacco, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Spitting, littering, or damaging turf/property is not allowed.
Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone violating the rules.
All players must maintain sportsmanship and respectful behavior.
Use of abusive language, fighting, or misconduct may lead to immediate removal without refund.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians.
Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Playing beyond the booked timing is not permitted unless approved by management.
👟Footwear & Equipment
Metal studs/spikes are strictly prohibited.
Sharp objects, chewing gum, glass bottles, and hazardous items are not allowed on the turf.
Equipment provided by the facility must be returned in proper condition.
Any intentional damage to equipment or turf will be chargeable.
📅Booking & Cancellation
Advance booking confirmation is subject to payment.
Time slots once booked cannot be extended without prior approval.
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking time may not be eligible for refund.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Warm-up before playing to avoid injuries.
Players participate at their own risk.
Management is not responsible for injuries sustained during play.
First aid assistance is available for minor injuries.
Avoid rough or dangerous play.
🌱Turf Care Rules
Do not drag heavy objects on the turf.
No fireworks, flames, or smoking near the turf area.
Dispose of waste only in designated bins.
Food and beverages should be consumed only in permitted areas.
Do not remove or damage nets, fencing, or turf materials.
⛈️Rain & Weather Policy
Play may continue during light rain unless deemed unsafe.
In case of severe weather, management may suspend or cancel play.
Refund/reschedule decisions during weather interruptions will be at management discretion.
In case of rain/ electricity failure the booked slot can only change as per availability. No extra time would be given to team for such cases.

The facility management shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage occurring within the premises.
By entering the turf premises, players and visitors agree to comply with all rules and regulations.
